Nurse Registration

Dear Nurse,

Thank you for your interest to join Ming Home Nursing services.

We will only consider applicants who are licensed nurses registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Registration fee is S$10.00 and it is one time charge, this fee will be deducted from the first assignment.

Before submitting the nurse registration form, please read the Terms of Service carefully. Nurses who sign up with Ming Home Nursing is deemed agreeable to our Terms of Service. Particularly of great importance, we regularly conduct routine verification of nurses' license with SNB. Please ensure you maintain your nursing license throughout the course of job placement with Ming Home Nursing.

Upon receiving your completed application form, we will begin the home care nursing assignment process. You will be contacted either through phone or SMS. So, make sure you keep your registered number accessible.
